Next, we focus on education to empower you to make better choices for yourself and your family. Now, we know new habits don’t form overnight. So before we’re done working together, we’ll talk about ways to sustain your new lifestyle and how to get back on track if needed.

Initial one-on-one consultation

In your initial consultation, we’ll evaluate your current health and nutrition status by discussing your medical history, diet history, physical activity habits, eating behaviors, and usual food patterns and preferences.

Goal Setting

Next, we’ll talk about your nutritional goals and what you want to achieve. We’ll talk about your “Why” – what are you doing this for? Your family, your kids, your future?

Follow-Up

During our follow-up appointments, we’ll equip you with the tools and knowledge you need to improve your health. We’re here to support you every step of the way!
