Book An Appointment
We offer appointments in-person at 200 Prosperity Dr. Knoxville, TN 37923, as well as virtual appointments via phone or video. Our team specializes in a wide variety of nutritional needs and is here to help! Remember, most insurance plans cover 100% of your nutrition counseling sessions under preventive care, so make sure to check with your insurance company before booking an appointment. Your medical provider will need to send a referral to our office. They can use their own form or you can give them ours here.
A referral is needed for all appointments. Please request an appointment 1-2 weeks out if we have not already received your referral to allow ample time to collect it. We are happy to request a referral for you or you can contact your medical provider and have one faxed to 865-290-0140.
